School Introduction
School of Medicine aims to produce qualified doctors to serve communities and societies. We focus on educating medical graduates with professional skills matched to the Medical Competency Assessment Criteria for National License 2012, the Medical Council of Thailand.
The School is committed to nurture our students with good morals and good attitudes in providing medical services. The School provides medical students a student-centered approach along with active-learning strategies in order to promote the 21st century skills. With skilled instructors and school facilities, the Institute for Medical Education Accreditation (IMEAc) has qualified our medical curriculum. In addition, our students are accomplished in passing the National License Exams at the percentage of one hundred each year.
Members of School of Medicine excel in creating research and developing new medical knowledge related to local and national health problems. We emphasize on the integration between basic scientific knowledge and clinical knowledge. In addition, we integrate research to our teaching. Our research areas focus on Tropical medicine, Complementary and alternative medicine, Anatomy and physiology in human, molecular biology, health system and health policy, and physical activity.
