Guided by R.I.S.E., CIA empowers Walailak University to A.C.E. the world. Our three interconnected missions translate the University’s vision into focused international action:
A - Advancing Collaboration
We provide funding and strategic support for inbound and outbound research collaboration and mobility. We also facilitate academic program collaboration with international partners, creating pathways for joint research, co-publication, international grant applications, shared teaching, and collaborative degree or learning programs.
C - Cultivating Diversity
We promote inbound and outbound mobility for students and staff, enabling members of the Walailak University community to learn, teach, conduct research, and build professional networks across borders. At the same time, we welcome international students and scholars whose perspectives enrich our classrooms, campus life, and academic community.
E - Elevating Visibility
We support Internationalization at Home and reputation-enhancement activities that bring global perspectives to the University and communicate Walailak University’s achievements to international audiences. Through academic networks, international events, strategic communications, and engagement with global partners, we strengthen the University’s recognition, credibility, and presence worldwide.
Through A.C.E., CIA serves as a connector, facilitator, and catalyst across the University.
