School Introduction
School of Agricultural Technology responsible for producing highly-qualified graduates in the fields of agriculture and food science. Our students go one to get good jobs, some in senior management, own their own factories or are employed in high positions with the Thai government. The course content has been developed to enable graduates to work in both the public and private sectors, and also have an understanding of global climate change affecting agricultural careers; understanding of creating food innovations to add value to agricultural products, as well as paying attention and nurturing the graduates to be a good thinking person who has desirable characteristics for society and the nation.
Bio-control of narrow brown leaf spot disease of rice using of Trichoderma fungus, genetic improvement of pacific white shrimp for high growth and disease resistance, functional ingredients from local products, physicochemical characteristic of frozen grilled pork, characteristic of cream cheese made from goat milk and goat milk products, meat and fish premium products, antifungal packaging made from natural fiber materials.
