Walailak University Center for International Affairs, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Patnarin Supakorn and staff, welcomed Dr. Stephen Scholand, Team Leader from Nuvance Health Global Health Program, along with four US exchange students – three from the University of Vermont and one from the American University of the Caribbean – at Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport.

The group of exchange students had the opportunity to explore significant sites in Nakhon Si Thammarat, including the main Buddhist temple – Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, and Tha Mon market which is an old community located in the heart of Nakhon Si Thammarat city.

The students will be participating in exchange activities and practical training at Walailak University Hospital from 2 July to 4 August 2023.
