WU-UPM Mobility Program Collaboration

On October 16, 2017, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surin Maisrikrod, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Global Engagement, together with Dr. Pongsathorn Dechatiwongse Na Ayuthaya, Director of Center for International Affairs (CIA), lecturers from School of Liberal Arts, staff from the Center for International Affairs and Walailak University students warmly welcomed 28 visitors from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia, led by Dr. Soaib bin Asimiran, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Educational Studies, visited under the MOBILITY PROGRAM: INSPIRED THE EXCELLENT MIND which is the collaboration between ASEAN Studies program, School of Liberal Arts, WU and Faculty of Educational Studies, UPM.
During the visit from October 12-23,2017, UPM students have planned to participate in the Thai-Malay cultural exchange activities such as cleaning up the beach, teaching Malay language, and visiting the landmark of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
