Fun Lunch Talk with English Native Speakers

One of the missions of the Center for International Affairs is to enhance the international environment and develop English communication skills for all staff of Walailak University. Our personnel needs to be more globally aware, better able to navigate the digital world, and more engaged as 21st century citizens. Thus, the Center for International Affairs (CIA) has arranged the “Fun Lunch Talk with English Native Speakers” Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.00-2.00 p.m., g from 9 May 2023 until 8 June 2023.
In this session, CIA invited Mr. Alexander Lee, an English Language Fellow from the U.S. Embassy, Mr. Curt H. Barnes our lecturer from the School of Sciences, and Dr. Philip Randall Cardin lecturer from the School of Political Science and Public Administration, to help our staff in practicing English communication and pronunciation.
We believe proper communication can help you solve several issues and problems. This is the reason that one must know how to communicate well. Communication skills are essential to be developed to interact with people. And able to share your thoughts and reach out to them.
The Center for International Affairs welcomes everyone interested in joining the English conversation with our native lecturer at our office.
This Fun Lunch Talk activity will be scheduled again on Tuesday 16, May from 12.00-2.00 p.m. at The Center for International Affairs Office. The interested person can register by scanning the QR Code on the banner attached. To encourage this, CIA provides you with a lunch box and a small gift for the fun activities in class.
